Content Philosophy
Preface This post ended up much longer than I’d thought it be. This document is part journal, part armchair philosophy, and part soapbox. More directly, this is a snapshot of my thinking before I start a new chapter: content creation. Much has been written about content, but I’ll condense my opinion to one phrase: content creators are the used car salesmen of the Information Age. That is, morals and ethics go out the window for the sake of money. While a used car salesmen employs dirty tactics to sell you a rundown car, content creators shamelessly publish whatever gets them views, likes, sponsorship, etc. Examples of this are endless, but Ross Creations’ possum launcher is an obvious one. ...
